Our award winning Scuttled Gin was made to mark 100 years since the scuttling of the German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow. It’s warm, slightly spicy, and perfect for cooler months. Perfect serve: Garnish simply with citrus slices and cinnamon sticks. Or for the more adventurous a slice of chilli pepper. Perfect with your favourite classic tonic or why not try it with ginger ale warmed. Named after the Old Norse word for “spring,” our Vára Gin is light, floral, and full of life. Rose and cardamom lead the way, with bright citrus and a soft finish of rosemary and vanilla. Perfect serve: Try it with grapefruit tonic or ginger ale, or splash some into your next glass of Prosecco. Garnish with strawberries and mint for extra freshness.
